You’re a Mechanical Engineer, you have an HNC, HND or a Degree, some CAD and Design Engineering work experience. And now you’d like to be stretched, do something interesting. How about joining a team designing unique machinery to automate factories? It takes you into the world of robotics, PLC automation, solving problems as diverse as “how do we flip and pack 6 pancakes” to “how can our machine assemble a car headlamp?” Every project’s different.

My customers expanded after 2021 and with a strong order book of diverse machines, there is room for an extra Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team.

Taking a customer’s manufacturing problem, thinking about how a machine could replicate the actions, solve the problem, deliver a precision/ fast/ better result. Designing the machine- pneumatics, mechanical, mechatronics, moving parts, robot grippers, machine structure.

Producing 3D designs and production drawings, getting the machine built, solving problems that occur during the build.
