Description

Growing numbers of international process industry projects have created the need for a TENDERING AND PROPOSALS ENGINEER, aiming to become PROPOSALS MANAGER, who will reply to enquiries generated for process, oil, gas petrochemical industry engineering projects, with detailed engineering proposals, estimates, tender preparation, presenting detailed pricing to the customer, with the aim of winning further business for the Company.


Based in Glasgow, possibly some hybrid working too.


Engineering experience in the offshore petrochemical, process oil and gas, chemical industries would be an ideal background, with a foreground of experience in liaison with those engineering customers, producing tenders, technical proposals, competitive costings for engineering packages, talking to the customer to gradually win new projects.


Proposals, quotations for packages including mechanical pumps, valves, process instrumentation, rotating machinery, compressors, electrical and instrumentation packages, control systems for each project, pressure vessels, system building, process plant. Any experience of some of these would be ideal.
